BOOKING AND TRAVELLING WITH LUCKY RENTALS
We are open for business! - At present, our branches open and operating. With contactless pick up, drop offs and vehicles sales available if required.
Lucky Rentals recognises that our current T&Cs may require flexibility around cancellations during this evolving global situation:
- Free Cancellations - For bookings made between 1 May 2020 and 30 September 2020 for all future travel Lucky Rentals has changed the cancellation policy to fully refundable. This means you can cancel with no extra fees or questioned asked.
- $1 Deposits - The deposit required has been reduced to $1.00 across all vehicle types. This takes the guess work out of securing your booking. Book now - Pay later.
ON THE ROAD
Please stay informed via the above-mentioned sources and the Australian Border Force or check State and Territory websites for further enforcement information, as travel restrictions are in place between some state borders.
Australia is set to open in three-stages with the aim to have some local travel and camping grounds available by the June holidays, and all interstate travel by mid-late July. There is also consideration for cross-Tasman, pacific island and international students travel in July too. BUT, all are subject to change so please keep an eye out for updates and find out more here.
